How Does E-Design Work?
1. COMPLETE THE DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
Complete the Design Questionnaire via a client portal. The design questionnaire will help provide information about your space, project goals, budget, and style preferences.
2. CONSULTATION CALL
A 30-minute consultation call will be scheduled within 1-2 business days after the receipt of the Design Questionnaire. This consultation call will give us an opportunity to delve deeper into your design needs and project scope.
3. TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND PHOTOS OF YOUR SPACE
Submit measurements and photos of your space per the provided guide. Capture all room angles in landscape mode. Draw a floor plan with precise measurements of walls, doors, windows, and ceiling height to show the space layout.
4. APPROVAL OF PROJECT PROPOSAL AND PAYMENT OF DESIGN SERVICE FEES
The design service proposal detailing the scope of your design will be sent to you for your approval. Payment of the design service fees will also be due at this time. Design services fees must be paid in advance prior to starting any design project.
5. REVIEW OF INITIAL DESIGN SERVICE DELIVERABLES
Initial design inspiration board and 3D visualizations will be shared with you for feedback in 4-5 business days after we receive measurements and photos of your space. Share your feedback through our private client portal. Your designer will consider your comments for the updated design. Premium and Standard E-Design Services include two rounds of revisions for the inspiration board.
6. APPROVAL OF FINAL DESIGN SERVICE DELIVERABLES
Once your design is ready, you will receive a mood board and 3D preview for your approval. After you approve, you'll get your design package via email, including shopping lists with links. The final design package will be ready in 3-4 weeks after you submit your questionnaire, room measurements, and space photos, based on your selected E-Design Service.
What is E-Design?
E-Design is an online interior design service that offers a cost-effective, virtual alternative to traditional interior design. With E-Design, the designer collaborates with you online through the use of email, direct messaging, video, client portal, and phone. Drawings, renderings, photos, contract signing, material selection, and invoice payment are completed online, through a client portal.
E-Design is more affordable than traditional in-person design services due to the absence of traveling, project management, and contractors. It allows for you to purchase furniture, decor items and complete the installation at your own pace once the design concept and the shopping list has been provided by your designer.
